There's always so much to sort out and moving house can be a very emotional experience. As a Platinum Move client, you'll be allocated a Move Consultant who'll discuss your individual needs and then tailor-make a moving plan to address every aspect of your move.
You're free to pick and choose from our extensive range of services just how much assistance you want, from the basics to the whole package. Our team of professionally trained staff will be sensitive to your needs and respect your privacy, making the move as smooth as possible for you.
We'll begin by planning everything down to the last detail – from removals and storage to packing options. We can supply the packing materials so you can pack yourself or you can take advantage of our bespoke service where our fully trained packers, art handlers and technicians can pack just the delicate items, fine art and antiques, or everything in the house.
If you need storage, we offer units that can be built to your requirements, with 24/7 security and full insurance. We also have self-storage facilities right across the UK.
We can even provide a handyman and cleaner service that'll have all lights and electrical fittings, shelves, curtain rails and TV aerials removed. And if you'd like the place to be spotless, we can do that too.
Our Platinum Move clients can have a small carton especially to keep all those little details in one place, whether it's keys, remote controls, flat pack instructions or important paper work, everything you need will be kept together. And no need to worry about your first night as our survival kit ensures you have everything you need whether it's bathroom essentials, pet food or favourite toys.
Once our removal team has delivered your possessions, we'll leave you with your first night essentials and return the next day to clean, unpack and organise so transforming your new home into organised calm.
